Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be unscented, unwashed and unworn.
- It must also have all original tags attached.
- No torn or damaged items are eligible for an exchange or return!
Some products are exempt from being returned.
- Clearance or Sale items are Final Sale.
- All intimates including bralettes, bodysuits.
- All jewelry or accessories
- All Dear Rodeo Boxes are FINAL SALE
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
Once return or exchange is received and accepted, you will receive an email with an e-certificate for the amount spent on order being returned or exchanged.
If you wish to exchange item for another size, please return item back to us.
We only replace items that are NOT DAMAGED or if a different size is needed. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
